David is a retired Victorian Supreme Court litigation lawyer and entrepreneur. He ran a large suburban law practice in Greensborough, Victoria, for many years before moving into property development and financial services. He began researching developments in clean energy technology in 2004.

David first visited Dr Mills at his large facility in Cranbury, New Jersey, in October 2018 and again at his facility in Philadelphia in April 2025. David is in regular contact with Dr Mills by phone and email. David and his colleagues are focused on introducing SunCell technology into Australia and ending the waste of capital resources on soon to be obsolete renewable energy technology.

Julie is a passionate, professional Company Director, supported by 23 years as a Senior Executive (Operational and CFO roles) reporting to Boards. Experienced change manager in public & private sectors, across diverse industries – professional services, healthcare, transport & infrastructure.

Julie has been a Business advisor for 10 years with Chartered firms in the UK & Australia, including Ernst & Young.

Julies wide ranging experience and numerous list of contacts has been invaluable in creating a degree of awareness of SunCell technology in Australia.

Shareholder and Consultant

Robert began his professional career as an actuary with the AMP Society before becoming ordained as a Uniting Church Minister. For the past twenty years Robert has been involved with an aboriginal community in the Kimberly district of Western Australia and volunteer work in a province of West Papua.

Robert and David have been friends for more than forty years. Robert has been an invaluable help in providing technical expertise and support over many years.

Eileen completed her Arts and Education degree at Monash University. She began her career as a teacher before traveling to France and becoming a L’Arche community volunteer. Eileen later established L’Arche in Australia before being appointed Deputy Director of L’Arche International.

Eileen’s experience with diverse groups of people and her excellent communication skills have proved invaluable in dealing with complex issues as they arise.

Consultant

Andrew Sia is Head of Digital Solutions at Gekko. His background is in process automation, including sales and senior management, over the past +20 years in global markets with global leaders Yokogawa, Emerson, Metso, and Rockwell.

Andrews hands on experience in implementing new technologies has enabled him to give valuable advice regarding the planning for the implementation of SunCell technology in Australia in the coming years.

Consultant

Jeff, a retired Chartered Accountant, became aware of Dr Mills' theory and his invention of the SunCell in 2022. He has since closely followed the development of the SunCell and is excited about its implications for the environment and world economies. He is the proud owner of a four book set of GUT-CP personally signed by Dr Randell Mills.

Jeff’s accounting skills have been invaluable in calculating the capital and operational requirements for the forthcoming implementation of SunCell technology in Australia.
