The story behind BRLP Australia Pty Ltd

When BRLP Australia Pty Ltd Chairman, David Stagg, a former Victorian Supreme Court litigation lawyer, retired in 2004, he noticed that nearly every newspaper seemed to carry warnings about the dangers of “Global Warming”, now referred to as Climate Change. It occurred to him that if it was such a big problem, someone, somewhere, would be trying to solve it. David decided to use the research skills he had polished as a litigation lawyer to investigate developments in clean energy technology. After several false starts, he came across Dr Randell Mills in 2005.

David found that Dr Mills had proposed a new theory of atomic physics based on the classical physical laws of Newton, Maxwell, and Einstein. Dr Mills had called he theory “The Grand Unified Theory of Classical Physics” because he believed that he had completed Albert Einsteins unrealised quest to unify all of the forces of nature. He predicted that it would give rise to a previously undiscovered source of abundant clean energy.

David knew that there were two ways known to extract energy from the atom. The first, nuclear fusion is used in nuclear power stations but unfortunately emits radiation and results in toxic residues.The second, hot fusion powers the sun. Work has been progressing for decades to try to build a workable fusion reactor on earth. Dr Mills believed that he had discovered a third way that released energy from the Hydrogen atoms electron, not the nucleus. He predicted that the energy reaction was common in nature and powered the accelerating expansion of the universe which he predicted in 1995, three years before it was confirmed by observation. Dr Mills also predicted that the energy would be clean with no harmful emissions. In 1991 he set out to invent a device to enable the reaction and provide an energy source for the world. After 34 years of R & D he has achieved that, apart from the commercial packaging.

While David saw that Dr Mills theory was controversial and not accepted by the US Physics mainstream, David also saw that enough supporting evidence had been put forward by qualified scientists to decide to justify him taking Dr Mills work seriously. He also saw that Dr Mills, had formed his own company to pursue his R & D, a course previously followed by Thomas Edison, and that he was being supported by highly credentialed people with careers in business, Law, Finance, the US military, and the US Government. That added to Dr Mills credibility.

David has now followed Dr Mills and the development of his SunCell® technology for twenty years.

After studying all of the available evidence concerning Dr Mills research, and seeing how the work was not accepted by the US Physics community, it became apparent to David that history was repeating itself. Dr Mills had proposed that the currently accepted, purely mathematical, description of the electron as proposed by the standard model of Quantum Mechanics (SQM), was wrong. He had found that the electron was a physical entity Mills called an “Orbitsphere” that he had calculated could be induced to release a previously undiscovered form of energy, he called “Hydrino energy” that sat between chemical and nuclear energy. David saw that if Dr Mills was right, this discovery would be the most important discovery imaginable, and that it could end the fossil fuel era and bring the world to net zero, something that current renewable energy technology appeared incapable of doing.

Dr Mills discovery had been summarily rejected by the US Physics community who had even managed to have a patent application lodged by Dr Mills that had been examined and approved, ultimately refused registration. History shows many instances where new scientific discoveries have been rejected by the Scientific establishment only to be proven correct decades later. In fact, on average it has been documented that it takes 28 years for a new scientific discovery in the physical sciences to be accepted by the mainstream.

David visited Dr Mills at his laboratory, then located in Cranbury New Jersey in October 2018, and began a friendship that continues today.

When Australia’s official “green Hydrogen” policy was launched in 2019 taking Australia down what David believed to be the wrong renewable energy road, he realised that he needed to enlist the help of others to change the official policy, a task beyond the ability of any one person. Hence BRLP Australia Pty Ltd was established to work as a joint enterprise involving, Julie Green, Dr Robert Hoskin, Eileen Glass AM, Andrew Sia, and Jeff Bain. Despite giving presentations regarding Dr Mills and his SunCell to many people over the next six years, no one expressed sufficient interest to take the matter further.

With the SunCell now scheduled for commercial release in 2026, coupled with evidence that Australia’s official “green Hydrogen” policy has hit what appears to be insurmountable road blocks, and thirdly, the fact that Physics Nobel Laureate Sir Roger Penrose had gone on record stating that the Standard Model of Quantum Mechanics is wrong, we have decided to re double our efforts for the benefit of all Australian’s by making the video you have just watched and establishing this website to present the evidence.
